These terms apply when you use GrowRank AI, run by [PLACEHOLDER: legal business name] (“we”, “us”), at [PLACEHOLDER: website address]. By using the free check or buying a report, you agree to them.

1. What we offer

Free check: we ask an AI assistant (currently ChatGPT) a small set of questions that customers ask about businesses like yours, and show a score and two findings.
Paid report: a PDF report and growth plan based on a larger set of questions (30 per AI engine), plus a GST tax invoice. The ChatGPT Report has 10 pages; the All-Engine Report has 11, including a distance map. The plans and prices are shown on the website before you pay.

2. Prices, GST and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include 18% GST. The exact total is shown on the Pay button before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Every paid order gets a GST tax invoice. If you enter your GSTIN, it is printed on the invoice. You are responsible for the GSTIN you give us being correct.

3. Delivery

The report is a digital product. It is usually ready to download on the order page within 2 to 4 minutes of a successful payment. Download links stay active for 30 days. Please save your PDF and invoice.

4. What the report is, and is not

AI assistants change their answers over time and may answer the same question differently for different people. Our score and report are a snapshot of the answers we received when we ran the check. They are research and advice, not a promise.

We do not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, traffic, leads or sales. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Perplexity or Anthropic. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude are trademarks of their owners.

5. Fair use

Give true details. Check businesses you own, run or work for, or public businesses you want to compare against.
Don't use automated tools to run free checks, and don't try to get around our limits (for example, 5 free checks per connection per hour).
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or defame anyone.

We may refuse or stop service where these terms are broken.

6. Your report

You may use your report and its content for your own business, including sharing it with your staff, web developer or agency. You may not resell the report or the service.

7. Cancellations, refunds and support

An order can't be cancelled once your report starts building. If we can't produce or deliver your report, we refund your payment in full, GST included. Once a report has been delivered as described, payments are final. If your report doesn't arrive or something looks wrong, contact our support team with your order number. 8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.

10. Law and disputes
